Front End Mask ("Car Bra") for a Scion tC...Yes or No? - future scion cars
I have a 2006 Scion TC necessarily mean that I love you. I managed a piece of rock on the underside of the hood on a trip that cost me almost $ 200 at the dealership to get fixed. I have a '07 Tc. Nothing new for me. I took a product called 3M Clear Bra.
It is a transparent plastic film, which stops directly to automotive paint. This film prevents rock chips and other problems chipping paint on the car.
The disadvantage is that if the car is still in a collision of this film you will need to be applied.
This product goes by two names: Bra Clear and Clear Armor. I think the Clear Armor is a product of DuPont, I could be wrong, but I think it is.
In any case, I have and works well. Still do not violate the great things, but the garbage truck blasted gravel and soil, no chance.
This film should be professionally installed, and you need to find a dealer near you. I live in the Bay Area, and there is more space in Fremont / Hayward area. I have found in my local body shop.
