I write my son's baptism invitations, and I am exercising on the lookout for a nice line in the Bible to them.

I found that I like: "I have held in the palm of my hand" Isaiah 51:16

I do not believe the Bible is not pleasant, but a lot of hell and brimstone and the fire is too great.

What we have is perfect. Those who have God in your palm, known from all eternity, and he will keep them in the palm of your hand forever. Not just a verse of the child, is a verse that shows their commitment to increase its small, because it was in the palm.
