Here is the exchange system and carbohydrate --
15 g carbohydrate = 1 carb
Thus, if a soda can, say, a total of 42 g carbohydrate, a can of coke for 3 carbohydrates (such as decimal places could be calculated, but for simplicity I use) be integers. Or if you Poptart 35g per serving, and a package of 2 parts would be a package with 5 carbohydrate (35g x 2 = 70 g; 70/15 ~ 5). Hang on, which are second nature in no time.
Note: The total amount of carbohydrates have, carbohydrates from potatoes, brownie, frosted glass, watermelon, apples, ice cream, etc., are all equal. The system breaks down technically in fruit and milk, etc., but I'll just stay with the carbs and there.
Because knowing the protein, fat / I've never counted, you do not.
Insulin is up to you, the carbohydrate-insulin ratio. In general, some 1:1, 1 unit of insulin for 1 carbohydrate exchange. This means that, if you have a regular soda you drink 3 units to cover the 3 bags. (The ratio can vary, ask your doc if you do not & # 039, T-course).
I will take carbs and have to say x amount of carbohydrate, m, according to all meals and Id, that one of those take about 3 / 4 the amount I m loud and clear, which is not something we eat often.

Question 1: Why is unduly pressure on the system is already broken. Stick with foods that are good for you. Pop Tarts are sugar and empty carbohydrates.
I do not know much about the power changes in the system. I am a Type II and a diet of "The Improvement Program is required diabetic, as described below. They are a wealth of valuable resources can be found here:
Type I and Type II diabetics (and those who are overweight and possibly) to diabetes. Copy and favorite Web sites I listed below ... are very valuable for people with diabetes and / or weight problems ...
I have a wonderful book that will minimize in control of your diabetes and complications or eliminate. Some people with diabetes was due to poor diet and obesity are effectively cured by the advice in this book. I inherited a type II (), but there may be any species, especially those who are diabetic due to poor eating habits. This is an author who has really done his homework, Patrick Quillin, PhD. It creferred to as "Diabetes Improvement Program. I have your suggestions and found them very useful. I have no complications, and my blood sugar in the blood are very stable. Yes, I have not taken Glucophage (metformin) per day, but it is the lowest dose (500mg) and I have only twice a day. I have made metformin for not less than a week, but there was a strong movement. Much of what I call, not a hereditary type IIs (the nearby without a relative who it) of the pills completely reduced, with diet, exercise and supplements. Thus, in some cases, the safest thing "actually cured." To learn more about it here:

The book explains what is in our system and what to do. It's really easy and cheap. It's basically diet, supplements, and exercise. For example, did you know that cinnamon helps the absorption of sugar in the blood? It also controls cholesterol and triglycerides. This is according to the USDA:

For men: Do you suffer from erectile dysfunction? That was me. Yes, I was. Now that everything is under control, sex, I can almost normal. I have also recently launched a website showing some of the things I learned here:
